NCh 3262 (2012) standard on Gender Equality and Work-Life Balance is a voluntary standard that can be implemented in any organization.
In order to incorporate gender perspective in companies that require it, the UN Development Program (UNDP) recommended all countries to generate certification programs for their gender equity management systems.
Through this standard we are committed to generate procedures and practices of organizational management, with the purpose of transform people management and organizational development to ensure a greater degree of equality.

We pledge to willingly implement this regulation in our facilities, upwards from our corporate building (se podria poner tambien from “our main office”) located in Santiago to be certified in 2022.
We endorsed NCh 3262 certification for our offices in Santiago which establishes all the requirements to introduce a management system to correctly include Gender Equality and balance in work, family and personal life.
